texting is it’s simply that you can text them…The Read Podcast Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not extremely essential but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m not sure just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wished to offer some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s really helpful for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic job or something like that I believe also another really terrific really terrific prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
