texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Therapist Vs Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
