texting is it’s just that you can text them…Tim Edquilag Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
