get about 2 reactions a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since essentially they do a great deal of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a typical discussion however with talk space you might state this and then it might be five hours later on and then they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think about you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking really because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any problems about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t know that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

not very crucial but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s actually good for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I ought to’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think likewise another truly great really great candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to work out some insurance stuff prior to I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s a great service I have actually seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I view all of her videos and she spoke about it however I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here again and that resembles something comparable so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was since my partner was kind of pushing me to do something to do therapy since he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you need to actually talk to someone and he learnt about talk area therefore that was the one that he truly recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about however once again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only method I have actually ever heard of it I have not really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this however yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was sort of starting to state prior to if you have deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it’s important to be seeing someone in person particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more thorough concerns there’s something I’ve type of observed like clearly these are deep.
issues since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble stressing you or things that are making depressed or distressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m really anxious about beginning a new task I am actually anxious about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be terrific um it also depends upon like how comfortable you are like talking to a phone like I know that that sounds weird however like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I imply due to the fact that if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be truly weird like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop due to the fact that it’s gon na resemble this strange like synthetic thing but like if you’re utilized to that then it’s type of like all right whatever like this is typical that’s something I noticed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m type of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who travels like full-time since that would be remarkable like then you could in fact have therapy if that’s not something that is an alternative to you.
