texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Unsubscribe Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really useful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
