texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Using Betterhelp App… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since generally they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have possibly not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a normal conversation but with talk space you might state this and then it might be five hours later on and then they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to consider you understand something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than entering to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking actually due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have really any grievances about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered but that’s.
