not really essential however overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m uncertain just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a quick summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s actually great for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s actually excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another really excellent truly excellent candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
