texting is it’s just that you can text them…What Does Betterhelp Include… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and after that I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
