texting is it’s simply that you can text them…When Will My Therapist Break Confidentiality Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message since essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a normal discussion but with talk area you might say this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they may say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your good friends you understand what I imply like you can call someone and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to think of you know something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a great bit more affordable than going in to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking really since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not really crucial but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m unsure just how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously however back here so I just wished to provide some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a short introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s truly great for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another actually terrific actually great prospect to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow but like I need to exercise some insurance things prior to I even like think of this so I indicate I think it’s an excellent service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really enjoy I watch all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again which’s like something comparable so if you wish to check out that a person to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was because my partner was type of pushing me to do something to do therapy since he knew that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was stating hey you need to truly speak with somebody and he knew about talk area and so that was the one that he actually suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but once again like it’s truly like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only method I have actually ever heard of it I have not really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was sort of starting to say before if you have much deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is very important to be seeing somebody personally particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more extensive issues there’s something I have actually kind of observed like undoubtedly these are deep.
problems because they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making anxious or depressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit better for just more I’m really distressed about starting a new task I am actually nervous about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some things then I believe it would be terrific um it likewise depends upon like how comfy you resemble talking with a phone like I understand that that sounds weird but like do you video chat with your pals do you you know what I mean because if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be really weird like you holding up a phone or like speaking with your laptop computer since it’s gon na resemble this strange like synthetic thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like fine whatever like this is typical that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m type of used to it but I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time since that would be awesome like then you could actually have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
