texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Why Betterhelp Is Bad… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message due to the fact that generally they do a great deal of these people appear to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely immediate in that regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a normal conversation however with talk space you may say this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think of you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a great bit less expensive than going in to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought about but that’s.

not really essential but overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I just wanted to give some like last thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a quick introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like tension type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe also another truly fantastic truly fantastic prospect to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
