Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Wokring For Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and after that I think a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because essentially they do a great deal of these people seem to have perhaps not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely rapid because regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of discuss it like a regular discussion but with talk space you may state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think about you understand something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit more affordable than entering to talk to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not really crucial but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to give some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a quick introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s really good for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another really excellent really excellent candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to exercise some insurance coverage stuff prior to I even like think of this so I imply I think it’s a fantastic service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I watch all of her videos and she discussed it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can place it here again and that’s like something comparable so if you wish to check out that a person to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk area was because my boyfriend was sort of pushing me to do something to do therapy because he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you must really talk with someone and he learnt about talk space therefore that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about but once again like it’s actually like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only method I have actually ever become aware of it I haven’t truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s an excellent service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was kind of starting to state before if you have deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is necessary to be seeing somebody in person specifically if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more thorough issues there’s something I have actually type of noticed like obviously these are deep.
problems because they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making depressed or anxious but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m actually anxious about beginning a new task I am truly nervous about you know graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be fantastic um it also depends upon like how comfy you resemble talking with a phone like I understand that that sounds weird however like do you video chat with your pals do you you know what I mean since if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be truly strange like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop computer due to the fact that it’s gon na resemble this odd like synthetic thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like okay whatever like this is typical that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely recommend it to anybody who travels like full-time since that would be incredible like then you might in fact have therapy if that’s not something that is an option to you.
