texting is it’s just that you can text them…Www.Betterhelp Remi… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very important however general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not sure how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a short summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s actually good for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think also another really fantastic really terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
