texting is it’s just that you can text them…Www Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantly and after that I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually practical for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not extremely important but overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I simply wished to offer some like last thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I think it’s actually excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another truly excellent actually excellent candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to exercise some insurance things before I even like think of this so I imply I think it’s a terrific service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really love I see all of her videos and she talked about it but I do not remember what that one was called I can place it here again and that’s like something similar so if you want to look into that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk area was since my sweetheart was kind of pressing me to do something to do therapy because he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you should really talk with somebody and he learnt about talk space and so that was the one that he actually recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about however again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only way I have actually ever become aware of it I have not truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this but yeah I believe it’s I think it’s an excellent service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was kind of beginning to say before if you have deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it’s important to be seeing somebody face to face especially if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to speak about more in-depth issues there’s something I’ve kind of discovered like obviously these are deep.
